Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day of order receipt unless you are notified otherwise. All orders through EXP PRO include free ground shipping (1-5 days) within the contiguous United States.

We use FedEx for battery shipping. As lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials, ground transportation is the default method. However, for faster delivery, we offer FedEx Express (Air) shipping for an additional charge. Enter your address at checkout to view express shipping rates.

Most other products on our site are shipped via USPS. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, additional shipping charges apply. These charges will be calculated and communicated at the time of purchase.
