Refund policy
We have a 45-day satisfaction guarantee return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, upon receipt of the product back to EXP PRO, a full refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Unless return due to defect/non working unit, to be eligible for a return; your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (undamaged). Please ensure you package it up carefully when returning to avoid damage to the product or the EXP PRO box it came in.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@exppropower.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
For defective/ non-working products, we offer free returns. Otherwise, the customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to EXP PRO. For customers in Canada, this can be quite expensive.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
