EXP PRO Battery Limited Warranty
EXP PRO batteries are covered by the following limited warranty periods:
EXP48PRO: 2-year limited warranty
EXP96PRO: 2-year limited warranty
EXP240PRO: 5-year limited warranty
EXP PRO warrants to the original consumer purchaser that each EXP PRO battery will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period, subject to the exclusions listed below. This warranty statement sets forth EXP PRO’s total and exclusive warranty obligation. EXP PRO does not assume, nor authorize any person to assume on its behalf, any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.
Warranty Period
For the EXP48PRO and EXP96PRO, the warranty period is 2 years from the original date of purchase.
For the EXP240PRO, the warranty period is 5 years from the original date of purchase.
In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. A sales receipt from the original purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Remedy
EXP PRO will repair or replace, at EXP PRO’s option, any covered EXP PRO battery that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials.
If a valid warranty claim is made during the applicable warranty period, EXP PRO will either:

Repair the product; or
-
Replace the product with a product of equal value.
Whether a product is repaired or replaced, the repaired or replacement product will be covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is greater.
The customer is responsible for shipping the battery back to EXP PRO or covering the cost of a prepaid return shipping label.
Limited to Original Consumer Purchaser
This limited warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and does not extend to any subsequent owner.
Exclusions
EXP PRO’s limited warranty does not apply to any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, improperly stored, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in EXP PRO’s current product literature.
EXP PRO’s limited warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized online auction sites, unauthorized marketplace sellers, or other unauthorized resellers.
For battery products, warranty coverage may be denied if the battery was not stored at the proper charge level according to EXP PRO’s published battery storage instructions.

Accessory Power Cords Limited Warranty
EXP PRO power cords and accessory cables are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
EXP PRO warrants to the original consumer purchaser that each EXP PRO power cord or accessory cable will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period, subject to the exclusions listed below.
Power Cord Warranty Period
The power cord warranty period is 1 year from the original date of purchase. A sales receipt from the original purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.

EXP PRO will repair or replace, at EXP PRO’s option, any covered EXP PRO power cord or accessory cable that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials.
