CPAP Battery Connection Guide

Use this quick guide to charge your EXP PRO battery, connect it to your CPAP machine, select the correct voltage, and prepare your setup before travel or backup use.

Important: Humidifier and heated tubing must be turned OFF when using your CPAP with battery power. This helps maximize runtime and prevents unnecessary power drain.

Step 1: Charge Your Battery

Charge your battery fully before first use and before relying on it for travel, camping, or emergency backup power.

Method 1: Wall Adapter

Connect the wall adapter and charging cord together. Plug the adapter into the wall, then plug the cord into the battery port labeled USB-C IN/OUT.

Method 2: Car Adapter

Plug the car adapter into a 12V power source. Plug the small round end into the battery port labeled DC IN/OUT.

Step 2: Connect to Your CPAP Machine

Use the connection method that matches your CPAP machine and cord type.
